Refund Policy

OUR 3 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 3 days from the delivery of the product:

REPLACEMENTS

Product Quality issues: The item purchased by you is damaged, defective or misprinted please contact us at support@themortalsoul.com, within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

Broken products received: In case of fragile products like Mugs and Framed posters, all issues have to be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to raise a replacement request, send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by you, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. To maintain strict hygiene standards we do not accept returns on masks.

If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 65 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

All the products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return and replacement.

 

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. In case of damaged products, we will provide replacement. If you receive, damaged product again, you are eligible for both refund and replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@themortalsoul.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refund processing can take up to 7 days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at The Mortal Soul. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
