Yes! Shipping is free across India on all items – no minimum order value required.

📦 Why is My Order Shipped in Different Packages?

Your order might arrive in multiple shipments due to the following reasons:

• Items are shipped from different warehouses depending on availability.
• If an item is on backorder, we may ship the rest of your order separately to avoid delays.

We aim to deliver each item as quickly as possible.

⏱️ When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are dispatched directly from our domestic warehouses.

📄 Print & Pack (2–3 Business Days)

We print and pack your order on demand within 2–3 business days.

🚚 In Transit (2–7 Working Days)

Delivery time depends on your location.

📦 Total Delivery Time: 5–10 Working Days

Note:

• Delivery time is calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
• Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, remote locations, weather conditions, or strikes.
• Please raise a ticket within 6 months of shipping if the package hasn’t arrived. Our support team responds within 24 hours. Late claims may not be accepted.

🏠 What If I Entered the Wrong Address?

• If the courier needs to correct the address after shipping, a fee of ₹140 + GST will apply.
• If the order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, you will need to pay the full reshipping cost to receive it again.

📭 What If My Order Gets Lost or Stuck in Transit?

If your order is lost or stuck in transit, we’ll do our best to resolve it:

• We may resend the package with quicker shipping and tracking, or
• Issue a full refund (at The Mortal Soul's discretion).

📦❓ What If My Order Is Marked 'Delivered' But I Didn’t Receive It?

• We’ll request Proof of Delivery from the courier.
• If they cannot provide it, we will either:
  • Resend your order, or
  • Refund the full amount

Resolution is subject to The Mortal Soul’s discretion.

A lot of care & effort goes into preparing your art and getting it delivered to you safely and securely. Please Note that each item is made to order, which means we start working on your item after you place your order. Due to this reason we offer replacement / refunds only on special cases (Please read below for more)

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order and any cancellation will levy 35% cancellation fees. 

Replacement / Refund:

The Mortal Soul’s primary goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to our users and customers. The Mortal Soul offers a replacement first guarantee if the product received is;

1. Damaged or defective
2. Lost in-transit
3. Wrong product (Not what you ordered)

within 48 hours of order being marked as delivered, if you would like to have it replaced and we will be happy to help.

Note : For any claims, we require an opening video of the parcel(with the top wrap). This policy helps to ensure that any issues or damages with the product can be thoroughly investigated and resolved in timely manner. We understand that providing an opening video may seem cumbersome, but it allow us to provide you with best possible service and ensure that you receive the full value of your purchase

If you receive a damaged / defective order in the replacement order as well, then you will be eligible for Refund.
